Hal (they/them/he/him) is an Associate Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSWA) with an MSW from North Carolina State University. They are passionate about serving their community and connecting people to mental health services.

 

As a queer and trans social worker, Hal is an advocate for inclusivity, systems frameworks, and intersectionality. Their work has been grounded in anti-racism, radical justice, and feminist theory. Hal has experience working with unhoused individuals, survivors of sexual assault, and queer and trans youth and adults. Hal previously interned at Bright Path Behavioral Health in Wake Forest, and worked at an outpatient therapy clinic, specializing in gender-affirming care and neurodiversity.

 

Outside of work, Hal enjoys spending time with their family, lounging with their 2 cats, building Legos, watching dramas and anime, and collecting Hello Kitty figures and plushies.
