Outpatient Therapist

Meredith Ball is a LCSW in North Carolina, Florida, and California and a LICSW in New Hampshire. Meredith currently provides virtual and in-home individual and group therapy for mothers in all seasons of life, virtually and in-person. For the past two decades, Meredith has been honored to provide therapy, mentoring, psycho-education, and community connections for mothers and families in a variety of settings including community mental health, residential, schools, and private practice.

Meredith earned her Perinatal Mental Health Certification in December 2022 and is an EMDR Trained Perinatal Mental Health Therapist with a focus on perinatal trauma and loss. When Meredith is not researching the next way to advocate for maternal mental health or guiding a client in motherhood transformation, she can be found walking along forest trails, building Legos and laughing with her son, enjoying hot cocoa with her husband, or receiving wisdom from her own strong Mother.
